Love the staff very polite on the phone if they not sure of a question they quickly will find out the answer and call you back they also very reliable and promt with delivery your medication to your home door to door sevices you don't have to wait weeks or days to get your medication or need to schedule a delivery day it's very rare when you don't have a same day delivery or when they run out of a medication like in other pharmacy I feel ganse is the best of them all

Cannot say enough good things about the folks at Ganse. They are proactive, professional, efficient, and friendly. Working with them to fill my mom's special scripts is reassuring every step & every transaction!

This has been my go-to pharmacy for several yrs. The staff are accommodating, knowledgeable, and friendly. Unlike most large chain pharmacies Ganse's staff go above and beyond. I've personally even seen a homeless man come in, and they offered him a cup to help himself to some free coffee. You just don't see this kind of service and compassion much anymore. They also deliver Rx's if you're unable to pick up, which has been a God sent in my case on a few occasions. I cannot say enough good about their business. They're truly "salt of the earth" people, with a lovely business...not to mention all the cool antiques displayed in the shop ; )

Great pharmacy and super helpful with any of my needs and questions. They even helped me when I didn't have the co-pay one day which made my day. This is a cool throwback pharmacy with a 1950's feel. Also, Dan their pharmacist is a great guy and definitely goes the extra mile for his customers!!!

The customer service at Ganse is top tier. Every time I’ve spoken with an employee, it has been stress free and fast. They call you back when they say they will! Great job! Highly recommended

Amazing service! I live in Columbia but I make the drive and sometimes so do they! They deliver at no charge and I was told it was going to be an hour wait for my pick up I ended up arriving 5 mins later and it was all done and ready! They have a time machine! 😀 Enjoy the last pharmacy you'll ever need! …

Last time I went to pick up my meds I had a I misunderstanding. But thanks to the manager that reach out to me and explain me the situation so I could have a better understanding and I appreciate a lot. I been with this pharmacy for over 5 years and never had any problems they treat their customers pretty good and always looking to solve any issues with their customers .
